Well, as expected, I didn't have the energy to make dinner the other night so we had greek take-out instead.
Mmmmm... how I love the greek take-out! But that is another post entirely.
Yesterday it cooled down considerably and I was able to host dinner for four outside on the porch.
A lovely set-up if I do say so myself.
On the menu, as promised:
organic teriyaki chicken kabobs with red peppers, sweet white onions and pineapple - grilled to perfection
whole wheat couscous with garlic, olive oil and spinach
organic broccoli with garlic
blue chips and freshly chopped salsa
sparkling pink lemonade and lime seltzer

In other cute & irresistable happenings in my life later that evening...
I found a Riverbug laying on top of newly folded laundry...
And a sexy hubby-to-be folding said laundry.
HOT.
